Print on demand is the process which outputs a print from a digital file with little or no human intervention. No film, no plates, no make ready, just the finished job at the push of a button, when you need it, where you need it, in the exact quantity you need.
Data File Management
Data files can be downloaded via Internet or received on hardcopy, disk or CD ROM in native format for many software applications, PostScript, Adobe CS formats and Adobe Acrobat PDF. We are able to create one complete document from a variety of different mediums and software applications.
Customised Variable Data
The fully integrated Xerox FreeFlow™ DucuSP workflow system is also totally suited for mass customisation and personalisation of documents to achieve more targeted and powerful communications for your marketing and training materials. It allows documents to be customised and personalised with highest quality colour variable data using special image enhancing technology to print extra sharp text, graphs and halftone images.
Online Ordering for Existing Clients
A standard web browser enables easy access to your own files for uploading to our job server to be queued for printing. You may conveniently submit new print jobs, provide source files for photos and graphics.
Services to Self Publishers
Self Publishers are offered the opportunity to print exactly the number of books required, whether that be 1, 100 or 1,000 books. Printed in colour or black and white. We can assist with copyright and supply ISBN numbers and assist in marketing. Scanning of photographs, typesetting and design can all be arranged through our in-house design centre.
